The mission of Wesleyan Christian School is to provide an outstanding spiritual and educational environment where all students are thoroughly prepared to fulfill God's purpose in their lives. We strive to glorify God through the discipleship of students and the pursuit of excellence in education with the Bible as the foundation.
Wesleyan Christian School was founded in 1975. Since that time, we have grown to over 235 students in K-12 representing more than 20 different churches in the Bartlesville area. Over 30 percent of families currently receive financial aid. Annually, we offer an average of $40,000 in financial aid and multiple sibling discounts. WCS does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, or physical ability.
While WCS is a ministry of First Wesleyan Church, we are financially independent of the church and have our own board of directors.
WCS is accredited by the Oklahoma Department of Education and is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International. Our faculty is comprised of caring men and women who are all fully certified and have responded to God's calling to the ministry of Christian education.
